Altavista Tips For Higher Rankings

Altavista was purchased by Overture which was then purchased by Yahoo. Altavista is no longer Altavista, it is Yahoo wrapped in an Altavista skin as the new Altavista is now showing Yahoo search results. The submission page at Altavista takes you to Yahoo's website and requires a Yahoo ID.

The Altavista Express Inclusion program has been discontinued so there's no quick entrance into the Altavista search engine any longer. For now we suggest that you concentrate on Yahoo if you want to get into Altavista.
